Fox News shocked everyone with their decision to part ways with Tucker Carlson.

The top-rated network is reorienting itself ahead of the Republican Presidential Primary under the direction of Fox chairman Rupert Murdoch.

Murdoch is opposed to Donald Trump’s Presidential campaign and is deploying his media empire that also includes the New York Post and Wall Street Journal against the former President.

Trump, the Republican Presidential frontrunner, didn’t appear on Fox News for months after he announced his latest Presidential campaign in November.

And Donald Trump, Jr. has become increasingly critical of the direction Fox News has taken after it ousted Carlson.

He said on social media that he’s been warned from friends at the network he can “expect retaliation” for his attacks against Fox News for ditching Carlson.

“Have heard from a few of my friends at Fox News that the leftist executives running things there are pissed at me for calling them out over firing Tucker and to ‘expect retaliation,’” Trump. Jr. said. “A lot of good people still work at Fox, but their RINO leadership is at war with conservatives!”

Trump Jr. called Carlson a “once-in-a-generation type talent” and said Fox’s decision to part ways with him was “mind-boggling” when the move was announced.

Once a staple on Fox News as a top surrogate for his father, Trump, Jr. has been absent from the network for nearly a year.

During an interview on the Steak for Breakfast podcast, he slammed Fox for engaging in “censorship” against him.

“I’ve been watching the censorship happening even in conservative mainstream media. I mean, you saw what sort of Fox did to Tucker Carlson, last week and the week before that, it was Dan Bongino and, you know, the people who would actually question some of that narrative.”

Former top-rated Fox News weekend host Dan Bongino also parted ways with the network shortly before Carlson’s ouster.

“I’ve been a sort of outspoken America First and I used to be on Fox 3, 4, 5, 6, 10 times a week,” Trump, Jr. added. “I haven’t been on in nine months. Not a call, not an invite, not anything and so I understand what it, what it appears like they’re trying to do to the America First movement. You know, Tucker was another one of those voices.”

The pro-Trump voices on Fox are being silenced as the Republican Presidential Primary starts to heat up.

Fox News became the top-rated network on cable news by becoming one of the only outlets to offer a conservative viewpoint.

But now their executives appear ready to burn their goodwill with their conservative audience to move the network in a different direction.
