The state Supreme Court election in Wisconsin is the most important and overlooked political race on the calendar for 2023.

Although Supreme Court elections in Wisconsin are technically non-partisan, Republicans currently have a slim 4-3 advantage on the court.

After a conservative Justice retired, control of the Wisconsin Supreme Court is on the line in the election between conservative former state Supreme Court Justice Dan Kelly backed by the GOP and radical liberal Janet Protasiewicz.

Protasiewicz is a political hack whose victory would tip control of the court to the liberal bloc of justices.

She telegraphed her intentions on the campaign trail that she plans to be a judicial activist and rule in favor of Democrats on important issues facing the court.

Wisconsin is one of the most important battleground states in the country and a Democrat-controlled Supreme Court would have major implications for the 2024 election.

They could strike down the state’s voter ID law and other election integrity measures put in place by Republicans.

Wisconsin could be the state that decides the 2024 Presidential election and the state’s Supreme Court could play a crucial role.

“The results of the 2024 presidential election are likely to come in front of the Supreme Court as well,” Protasiewicz told CNN. “The 10 electoral votes that we have here are very, very highly sought after.”

She’s also claimed that the state’s current Congressional map that currently has a 6-2 advantage is clearly unfair.

The court could overturn the map to produce more gerrymandered Democrat-leaning seats.

Republicans currently have a razor-thin five seat majority in the U.S. House and a potential Democrat-controlled Wisconsin Supreme Court could eliminate as many as four GOP seats.

With so much on the line in the Wisconsin Supreme Court race, Democrats are pulling out all the stops.

Over $37 million has been spent on the race, smashing the national record for spending in a state Supreme Court race.

Liberal billionaire George Soros and other high-profile Democrats are pitching in to get Protasiewicz over the finish line.

Soros gave the Democratic Party of Wisconsin $1 million to deploy in the race.

Other Democrats pouring money into the race include former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, who gave $1 million.

The record sums of money pouring into the race are giving Protasiewicz a massive fundraising advantage over Kelly.

She’s raised more than $14 million dollars, most of it coming from out of state, compared to $2.2 million for Kelly.

The millions flowing into her campaign from Democrats nationwide confirm that she’ll be a rubber stamp for their radical agenda.

And the result of Wisconsin’s Supreme Court race could give one party the edge in one of the most hotly contested battleground states in the country.
