RINO Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is on track for a defeat he never saw coming.
McConnell set himself up for this debacle.
And this shocking poll left Mitch McConnell reeling.
One of the RINOs Donald Trump sought to defeat in 2022 was Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski.
Murkowski voted to convict Trump in the Democrats’ second sham impeachment following the events of January 6.
But it wasn’t just Murkowski’s vote to convict Trump that angered Republicans.
Murkowski refused to vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court because she supports abortion-on-demand.
Murkowski also voted for Joe Biden’s gun control bill, fake infrastructure bill, and corporate welfare bailout schemes.
Mitch McConnell endorsed Murkowski and his Super PAC began spending money on her behalf.
Trump endorsed Kelly Tshibaka, but many election forecasters favored Murkowski because her allies rammed through a change to the election laws to impose ranked choice voting on the state.
Ranked choice voting is an election rigging scam that leftists came up with to prevent conservatives from winning elections.
Under ranked choice voting, voters rank the candidates in order of preference.
The goal of this corrupt system is to allow Democrats to pick left-wing Republicans as their second choice to ensure a candidate who agrees with some of the Left’s agenda will win in races where the Democrat candidate has no chance of victory.
Murkowski’s allies also rammed through rule changes that put candidates from all parties in one Primary and advanced the top four to the General Election.
Since there is no way Murkowski could win a Republican Primary, her backers sought to engineer a process that would allow Democrat General Election voters to push her across the finish line.
But election forecasters rate Tshibaka as the slight favorite to win the race.
The Daily Caller reports:

That’s because current polls show Tshibaka leading Murkowski.
“A poll by Fabrizio Ward and Impact Research, commissioned by the AARP, shows Murkowski losing by 8%,” the Daily Caller reports.
Mitch McConnell is heavily invested in re-electing Murkowski while at the same time cutting off funding for conservative Senate challengers like Blake Masters in Arizona.
That’s because Mitch McConnell would rather lose the election than oversee a conference where conservatives make up the majority.
